1. Information we collect
When you request access to the aster whitelist, we collect the work email and company name you provide. If your team is approved and onboarded, we also process candidate and hiring data you choose to share with our recruiters and agents.
We collect standard technical data such as device, browser, and usage analytics to operate and improve the platform.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to evaluate whitelist requests, provision approved accounts, deliver recruiting services, and communicate with you about your access. We never sell your personal data.
3. Agentic AI processing
aster uses agentic AI to source and screen candidates. Human recruiters review every AI-generated match before it reaches you. We apply bias and compliance controls to AI workflows that touch candidate data.
4. Data retention & security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or meet legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized personnel.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@aster.autos.
