The agreement between you and aster when you use our platform and services.

1. Acceptance of terms
By requesting access to or using aster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using aster on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Whitelist access
aster is offered on an invite-only basis. Submitting a whitelist request does not guarantee access. Sign-in and purchasing are reserved for approved accounts, and we may revoke access for misuse.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use aster only for lawful hiring activities. You may not use the platform to discriminate unlawfully, scrape data, or misrepresent candidate information.
4. Fees
Approved teams are billed per role according to the plan selected. Fees are described at checkout and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
aster provides recruiting services on a best-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aster is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
